The evening will be led by Mels from Casita Zen. Melissa “Mels” Varela is a sound healing facilitator, creator, and mindfulness advocate who creates welcoming spaces for rest, reflection, and connection. Through immersive experiences blending crystal singing bowls, mindfulness, and intentional reflection, Mels helps participants slow down, reconnect, and feel restored. Her mission is to make sound healing approachable, accessible, and meaningful for everyone.
